Content & QA Specialist (content, video, testing)

You create ForkTable content, record app videos and manually test the app every week before it reaches venues. You know the product inside out, so you train new users and the team.

What the role involves
  • You create content — posts, educational and marketing material about the product.
  • You record video — tutorials, demos and material showing the app in action.
  • Weekly regression testing (QA) — you manually check the app and catch bugs before they reach a customer.
  • You train others — onboarding restaurateurs and the team on how to use ForkTable.
  • Polish is required; AI tools in your daily work are a plus.
  • B2B only — contractor invoice.
